  It is a great little shop to go to , to get some cheep snacks for long drives and it is a great place to top up the car and the customer service is great they are friendly I recommend it to every one.

  Nearly every Saturday in school term, for the past 2 years between 8.30am and 9am we stop in to Coles Express Singleton on our way from Madora Bay to Cockburn for coffee. We would buy a hot snack for breakfast but 99% there are NO vegetarian options! I have asked the attendants numerous times if they might stock more for the weekend as they sell out so early! I have been told on every occasion that they will pass that on to the person making the orders. Stopped there today, what do you know, NO hot options left again! We have given them a fair go, think it’s time to take our business elsewhere. We have three cars in our family and Singleton is also our go to for petrol fill up every fortnight. No more!

  The actual service from shop attendants themselves has always been brilliant but every single winter for the last 4yrs & again tonight my partner & I fell short of fire wood & only living around the corner it's more convenient for us to come here for quick top up. However, the bags of firewood is always WET! we never know this until we get home & cut open the bags. Its EXTREMELY frustrating & enough is enough. You guys charge full price in winter time for WET firewood! Not happy & we are completely over it! Theres a few more places near by we can get last minute top ups now, so will definitely be taking business elsewhere!

  As I was paying for my purchases this morning, I mentioned that I was on my way to a Maths Conference (I'm a teacher). The man serving me then proceeded to tell me what rubbish we teach kids these days etc, that none of it is useful etc. I was so shocked that all I could say was that teachers don't get to choose what we teach, but he kept going. This was 9 hours ago, and I'm still shocked and angry that someone working in the service industry would think it appropriate to mock a customers' profession/job. Really unimpressed, this guy needs to learn a few things from the rest of the staff, they're all fabulous!
